Shipping: Cost for shipping within European Union is 15 euros, unless your country has any special fees.  Shipping rates for all other countries have to be determined based on the order weight and address.  If you would like to order our products and you are from other then Czech or Slovak Republic, we require a money transfer or credit card payment.  We are currently working on implimenting a new credit card system to accomodate for other payment requests. 

Returns: Every customer gets a 2 year warranty for their products.  If the products is defective, you can contact our customer service and set a return with us before mailing the product.  We will replace it or give you your money back.
